The dispatcher was friendly and professional. He knew exactly where the driver was so he could give me a pretty good ETA and the driver showed up within good timing within maybe 10 to 15 minutes from the ETA which is understandable considering he was in South Cocoa Beach and had to drive through the Friday Fest traffic to get to us. The driver was friendly, alert, professional, and quick to prepare for the tow. The driver paid attention to detail and careful with the vehicle needing towed. Fast, friendly, safe, and professional. What else could you ask for. Thanks guys.
